Chef Inspired 4 course meal for these “Badass B*****s”! These wonderful ladies get together 3-4 times a year to unwind and reset from their busy schedules. We had the pleasure of hosting the event in our custom outdoor kitchen. The day started off with a beautiful charcuterie board by the pool. Then the customized dinner kicked off with a Burrata and Balsamic Reduction served with Grilled Sourdough and a specialty cocktail, White Tequila and Coconut Margarita. 2nd course was a No BS Caesar Salad that consisted of the freshest Baby Romaine Lettuce from our personal garden. 3rd course was a Pan Seared Chilean Seabass with a Caper and Butter Sauce served with Honey Roasted Heirloom Carrots and Herbed Jasmine Rice. Last but not least, we surprised the ladies with their own engraved cutting boards which we used to serve the 4th course. It was a playful way to end the night by having them torch their own Crème Brule.
