We were so fortunate to be able to cater the company’s FIRST annual product launch! For large crowds, we will come up with a customized display and menu that suits the desired taste, theme, and flow of your party. The menu for Yotta included an assortment of sliders; Curry Chicken Salad, Smoked Pulled Pork with BBQ Sauce, All American Cheese Burgers, and Korean Style Pork Belly Bao. We also made sure to have an endless supply of Shrimp and Tofu Spring Rolls, Roasted Asparagus served with Hollandaise Dip, Charcuterie Board to graze from, and Creamy Artichoke Dip.
